Young Choreographers Show Case is Friday April 9th & 10th
At the Performing Arts Center of Clatsop Community College. Show times are 7:00pm Friday April 9th and 2:00pm Saturday April 10th. Come watch 22 original dance works choreographed by the student members of Little Ballet Theatre.

Irish Step Dancing: April 17th & May 8th
At Maddox Dance Studio’s Warrenton location. Cost: $25.00 per session.

Children of the Raven, Wednesday April 28th
At the Performing Arts Center of Clatsop Community College, the Eugene Ballet will be presenting an evening of dance with a Native American flavor. Ticket price for students is $5.00.

Tap Festival is Saturday May 1st
At the Performing Arts Center of Clatsop Community College. Join our tap students and guest performers as we celebrate National Dance Week.

Picture Day is May 15th
Professional photographs will be taken of every class dressed in full costume, properly groomed hair, and make up, at the Warrenton studio. For publicity and display purposes, all students are required to be present for their class picture. There are no exceptions. After the group shoot, families may choose to have solo portraits made in any or all of their costumes. There is no obligation to purchase any photos. More information will follow as we get closer to the date.

Advanced Musical Theater class performance May 16th
The advanced musical theater class will perform “Legally Blond” at the Rosburg Hall in Rosburg, Washington.

June 1st and 2nd Performance for the Rose Festival Fleet
The advanced jazz and advanced musical theater classes will perform for the men of the US Navy and US Coast Guard on the Rose Festival Ships at the Astoria Elks Club.

Recital 2010 at Astoria’s Liberty Theater
Last day for classes is Monday June 7th. Rehearsals will be scheduled for later that week with the performances to follow on June 11th and 12th. Schedules will be coming soon.

The Flower Fairies Dance Camp for Fairies 3 ½ to 5.
June 28th, 29th, 30th and July 1st at Maddox Dance Studio, the magic will begin. When little dancers step into our flower fairy chamber they will find flower crowns for their hair and flower skirts to wear as they learn the Buttercup Ballet, Tulip Taps, and the Daffodil Disco! Flower Fairies ages 3 ½ to 5 are encouraged to sign up quickly. Cost: $45.00 includes Fairy skirt/ garland/ banquet.

North Coast Dance Camp is Early this year
Little Ballet Theatre will host its annual dance camp July 26th to 30th this year. More information will come as final plans are made.

Sign up for Warrenton’s 4th of July Parade
There is a sign up sheet in the Warrenton studio lobby for those wishing to join in Warrenton’s annual holiday parade.

Clatsop County Fair-August 3-10.
Many of our classes will be performing their recital dances at the fair. More information will follow as we get nearer to the date.

Regatta Rose Planting- August 13
Selected Maddox Dance Studio dancers will be selected to dance in the rose garden at the Flavel House during the annual rose planting during the Astoria Regatta.
